The Media Buyer Opportunity:
 
Ignite Legal is a performance-driven marketing agency specializing in generating high-quality cases for law firms nationwide. We are seeking a Legal Media Buyer to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing paid media strategies that directly drive new case volume for our clients. This role goes beyond traditional campaign management, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns specifically tailored to the legal industry. You'll collaborate closely with Account Management and Sales to ensure that every dollar spent translates into measurable case growth for our law firm partners. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns in high-intent verticals (preferably legal), thrives in data-driven environments, and is passionate about delivering tangible ROI. 


Responsibilities:

<li>Strategically plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, LSAs, YouTube) and Meta campaigns to drive qualified leads and signed cases for law firms.</li>
<li>Manage and analyze daily performance metrics such as CPL, cost per signed case, conversion rate, and ROI to ensure optimal performance.</li>
<li>Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimizations to improve lead quality and lower acquisition costs.</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor budget pacing, keyword strategies, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and geo-optimizations specific to legal service areas.</li>
<li>Stay on top of legal advertising compliance policies and ensure all ad creatives and campaigns adhere to state bar and platform regulations.</li>

Account Support &amp; Collaboration:

<li>Partner with the Account Management team to deliver strategic recommendations and campaign performance insights to clients.</li>
<li>Attend client calls as needed to explain campaign performance, optimizations, and strategy direction.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to align messaging, targeting, and landing page strategy to maximize conversion rates.</li>

Reporting &amp; Analysis:

<li>Build comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting key KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, LSAs performance, cost per signed case).</li>

<li>Continuously test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to increase case generation performance.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic) &mdash; experience in legal marketing or other lead-gen verticals strongly preferred.</li>

The Key Account Performance Manager Opportunity:

The Performance Specialist for Townsquare Ignite's Home Services Team is a client-facing role focused on retention, growth, and strategic support. You will serve as the main point of contact for vertical-specific advertiser accounts and drive outcomes by ensuring campaigns are strategically planned, managed, and optimized by internal teams.

Vertical experience (home services: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.) is critical to understanding client pain points, seasonality, and customer behavior. While this role does not directly manage campaigns inside platforms, it serves as the quarterback &mdash; partnering with Campaign Managers, Search Strategists, Buyers, and Interactive Strategists to ensure proper setup, launch, and optimization. Understanding the capabilities of each digital medium is a crucial pre-requist to this role.

Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, platform performance, retention, new account growth, and revenue expansion. 


Responsibilities:

Strategy &amp; Client Partnership
