Job Summary As the Digital Marketing Director, you will lead the vision and strategy behind our brand presence &mdash; showcasing the artistry and life-changing impact of our unique brand of dentistry. You&rsquo;ll develop creative campaigns that tell real patient stories, build trust, and inspire confidence. From social media to video storytelling, you&rsquo;ll bring our message to life across digital platforms while driving measurable growth and engagement.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and strengthen brand awareness.</li><li>Manage social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, authentic, and aligned with our brand voice.</li><li>Oversee video content creation &mdash; from planning and filming patient stories to producing educational and promotional videos that highlight our services.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends.</li><li>Collaborate with the clinical and patient care teams to ensure all marketing materials accurately represent our patient experience and services.</li><li>Manage digital advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.</li><li>Measure campaign performance using analytics tools such as SemRush, and adjust strategies based on insights.</li><li>Lead creative direction for digital and print materials using platforms like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in video production &mdash; from concept development to editing and publishing.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and performance metrics.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid social campaigns, and email marketing automation.</li><li>Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.</li><li>Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love It Here At Unicare, we believe in transforming more than smiles &mdash; we transform lives.
