This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives within a collaborative environment.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and advertising sales.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to create compelling visual content for campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.</li><li>Oversee multichannel marketing strategies integrating e-commerce, content marketing, and product management to maximize reach and conversion.</li><li>Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.</li><li>Optimize website content using WordPress, HTML, and SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and user experience.</li><li>Manage marketing automation tools and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Coordinate with sales teams to develop advertising strategies that support B2B marketing efforts and product launches.</li><li>Plan and execute print advertising campaigns while maintaining consistency with digital initiatives.</li><li>Assist in budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities for creating engaging content tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management processes related to online sales channels.</li><li>Ability to analyze campaign data effectively to optimize ongoing efforts and report on performance metrics.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams including sales, creative, and executive leadership.
