ROLE SUMMARYWe are looking for a confident, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage daily showroom walk-ins, handle enquiries, conduct test rides, explain finance options, follow up with leads, and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.This role is completely retail-focused and is responsible for customer experience inside the showroom.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Retail Only)1&#65039; Customer Engagement &amp; Sales Conversion<ul><li>Attend all walk-in customers professionally</li><li>Understand customer requirements &amp; explain suitable EV models</li><li>Deliver powerful pitch: features, battery options, warranty, maintenance</li><li>Drive conversions through strong follow-up</li><li>Achieve monthly retail sales targets</li></ul>2&#65039; Lead Management<ul><li>Call &amp; follow up on leads from:</li><li>Showroom walk-ins</li><li>Marketing manager activities</li><li>Digital ads (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google)</li><li>Referral customers</li><li>Update lead status in CRM / Google Sheets / AppSheet regularly</li><li>Maintain high-quality daily follow-up discipline</li></ul>3&#65039; Test Rides &amp; Customer Demo<ul><li>Give test ride with correct explanation of features</li><li>Address customer doubts confidently</li><li>Educate customer on EV benefits, mileage expectations, battery care</li></ul>4&#65039; Finance &amp; Documentation Coordination<ul><li>Explain on-road price breakup</li><li>Assist in filing finance applications (Bajaj Finance, HDB, IDFC, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with finance executives for approvals</li><li>Collect KYC documents and booking amounts</li><li>Ensure all paperwork is complete before delivery</li></ul>5&#65039; Vehicle Delivery Handling<ul><li>Coordinate with service team for PDI</li><li>Ensure vehicle cleaning, accessories installation &amp; readiness</li><li>Give full delivery demo including:</li><li>Battery care</li><li>Charger usage</li><li>Warranty terms</li><li>Service schedule</li><li>Take delivery photo &amp; feedback from customer</li></ul>6&#65039; Daily Reporting<ul><li>Share daily:</li><li>Walk-ins</li><li>Test rides</li><li>Booking</li><li>Payments collected</li><li>Follow-up status</li><li>Expected sales for upcoming days</li></ul>SKILLS REQUIRED<ul><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation</li><li>Strong selling skills</li><li>Good negotiation &amp; convincing ability</li><li>Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, Google Sheets)</li><li>Professional behaviour &amp; grooming</li><li>High energy &amp; confident personality</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Senior Sales Executive (Showroom / Retail Sales)

ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for a smart, energetic Marketing Manager who can plan and execute marketing activities to generate high-quality enquiries for electric two-wheelers. The person will work closely with the Sales Executives to run field activities, track performance, and ensure consistent lead flow.This role requires someone who is creative, data-driven, and strong in execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1&#65039; Lead Generation &amp; Enquiry Growth<ul><li>Plan and execute daily/weekly lead generation activities</li><li>Run BTL activities: canopy setups, roadshows, school/college campaigns, society activities</li><li>Ensure minimum daily/weekly enquiry targets are achieved</li><li>Manage digital lead intake (Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp Business)</li></ul>2&#65039; Sales Coordination<ul><li>Assign leads to Sales Executives and monitor follow-up</li><li>Coordinate field marketing activities with sales team</li><li>Track lead-to-visit-to-delivery conversion funnel</li><li>Follow up on cold enquiries to revive them</li></ul>3&#65039; Campaign Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Design and run festival/seasonal campaigns</li><li>Contact corporates, institutes &amp; societies for EV awareness drives</li><li>Plan marketing budget vs performance</li></ul>4&#65039; Branding &amp; Content Support<ul><li>Create content ideas for social media: reels, posters, offers</li><li>Coordinate with graphic designer/agency</li><li>Ensure brand visibility inside and outside showroom</li></ul>5&#65039; Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Maintain a marketing performance sheet (daily enquiries, cost per lead, conversions)</li><li>Give weekly reports on best-performing activities</li><li>Suggest process improvements based on data</li></ul>SKILLS REQUIRED<ul><li>Good communication &amp; coordination</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (bonus)</li><li>Strong execution ability</li><li>Understanding of ground-level marketing</li><li>Ability to work with sales team under targets</li><li>Social media awareness (Instagram/Facebook ads basics is a plus)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
