The ideal candidate will bring proven experience leading high-performing teams, building efficient systems, and driving measurable marketing growth for a service-based organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership<ul><li>Collaborate directly with the Managing Partner to design and execute the firm&rsquo;s long-term growth plan.</li><li>Integrate marketing, operations, and financial performance into a cohesive business strategy that enhances efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Serve as a key member of the leadership team, participating in high-level planning, decision-making, and performance reviews.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Growth Strategy<ul><li>Oversee the firm&rsquo;s marketing vision, strategy, and execution &mdash; including digital advertising, SEO, social media, community outreach, and brand partnerships.</li><li>Analyze campaign data, lead sources, and ROI to optimize marketing spend and maximize client acquisition.</li><li>Lead creative direction for content, messaging, and public visibility while ensuring consistency with Veritas&rsquo;s brand identity and mission.</li><li>Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, media partners, and creative agencies.</li></ul>Operational Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day law firm operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, systems are optimized, and client service remains exceptional.</li><li>Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department &mdash; including intake, case management, and administration.</li><li>Work closely with department leads to monitor case flow, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure quality control at every stage of the client journey.</li></ul>Intake &amp; Client Experience<ul><li>Supervise and train intake teams to deliver exceptional first impressions and convert inquiries into retained clients.</li><li>Develop scripts, conversion tracking systems, and follow-up protocols to ensure consistency and accountability.</li></ul>Team Development &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, and intake.</li><li>Partner with HR and the Office Manager to recruit, onboard, and train new employees in alignment with the firm&rsquo;s culture and performance standards.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and purpose-driven excellence.</li></ul>Financial Management<ul><li>Develop and oversee marketing and operations budgets.</li><li>Track spending, forecast outcomes, and ensure that firm resources are used efficiently and strategically.</li></ul>Data &amp; Technology<ul><li>Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs across departments for full-firm visibility.</li><li>Manage the firm&rsquo;s technology stack (CRM, case management, marketing automation, analytics tools) to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.</li><li>Use data insights to make informed operational and marketing decisions.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps; design and implement solutions that improve speed, quality, and results.</li><li>Lead initiatives to strengthen firm culture, client satisfaction, and brand reputation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
