This role is a critical link to our Dubai-based operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of information, analyzing operational reports, and supporting the sales data pipeline from our Dubai office.This is a unique role for a self-motivated individual who excels at data analysis and remote coordination.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operational Reporting:</li><li>Receive, compile, and meticulously review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports from the Dubai team.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.</li><li>Data Analysis:</li><li>Perform in-depth analysis of operational data (e.g., fleet utilization, booking trends, customer feedback, logistics) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.</li><li>Translate raw data into actionable insights and summaries for senior management.</li><li>Sales Data Management:</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales data, focusing on lead generation and conversion metrics from the Dubai market.</li><li>Check the quality and status of incoming leads to ensure the sales team is operating efficiently.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication:</li><li>Act as the primary point of administrative contact in Bangalore for the Dubai operations team.</li><li>Prepare and present clear, concise reports and dashboards for the leadership team in India.</li><li>Administrative Support:</li><li>Assist in managing documentation, schedules, and other administrative tasks related to the Dubai operations.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in an operations, data analysis, sales operations, or senior administrative role.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Expert proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and charting).</li><li>Strong experience in data analysis and turning data into visual, easy-to-understand reports.</li><li>Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a major advantage.</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A competitive salary and a professional work environment.</li><li>A key role in a growing company with direct exposure to international business operations.</li><li>Career Growth: This is a high-visibility role, and exceptional performance will be rewarded with significant growth opportunities, including the potential for business travel and assignments in Dubai.</li></ul>VTT Mobility Private Limited is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
