Job Title: PPC ExecutiveLocation: Gurugram, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1&ndash;3 years preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have some understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization techniques.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Display, Video)</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, ROAS, and CPA.</li><li>Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives.</li><li>Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.</li><li>Track and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal spend allocation.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in PPC or digital advertising preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of Google Ads and basic SEO principles.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups a bonus</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Good to Have)<ul><li>Google Ads or Meta certification.</li><li>Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns.</li><li>Basic knowledge of landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing digital marketing team.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Professional growth through training, certifications, and mentorship.</li><li>Supportive, collaborative, and results-focused work culture.</li></ul>About usVUSI GROUP LTD is a British marketing and communications company that offers marketing services to small to medium sized businesses globally.
