<div><p>The Director of Operations collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure all aspects of the company are functioning at the most profitable level possible.</p><p>
This position supervises the management teams as well as their team members by championing strict operational standards and processes, ensuring the prevalence of our culture, and setting goals in all operational departments. This position is ultimately responsible for the training and development of all operations personnel as well as the operational performance of the company's stores.</p><div>
Key Performance Elements and Essential Functions:<br>
<ul><li>Design and implement business strategies, plan and procedures</li><li>Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth</li><li>Establish policies that promote company culture and vision</li><li>Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of managers</li><li>Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication</li><li>Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics</li><li>Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance</li><li>Manage relationships with partners/vendors</li><li>Responsible for promoting our company culture, core values, and disciplines and setting the standard for the operation through leadership by example</li><li>Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances</li><li>Designs and executes all company marketing programs in conjunction with the Marketing Manager</li><li>Ensures a harassment free environment for all team members and managers</li><li>Completes annual evaluations on all members of management
</li><li>Maintains professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards</li><li>Upholds safety and security standards always</li><li>Creates a positive and supportive environment of teamwork</li></ul></div><div>

Experience Requirements:<br>
<ul><li>Proven experience as Director of Operations or relevant role (managing multiple restaurant units)</li><li>Required minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant management role or equivalent knowledge
</li><li>Must have managed a minimum of at least 100 employees</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<br>
Is able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds several times per shift.<br>
Has sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area.<br>
Is able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours at a time.</div><p>
Additional Information:<br>
Must meet any federal, state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to the service of food and beverages.<br>
Extreme environmental demands on restaurant employees are few. The majority of work takes place indoors, in climate controlled areas. At times, restaurant areas can become quite warm.<br>
The only chemicals involved are those for cleaning.</p></div>
