We reach over 5000 low-income individuals and families with coaching and services, including employment assistance, housing assistance and other critical needs.About the Job:WSDCA is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team and help coordinate activities and initiatives for our programs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervision of Warehouse Team and Home Projects team--other personnel as assigned</li><li>Manage warehouse tasks and delivery logistics.</li><li>Develop Construction industry relationships for staff and contractor projects</li><li>Help identify program opportunities for WSDCA and assist with procuring grants as appropriate</li><li>Manage the Agency's general operations</li><li>Data management for reporting grants program</li><li>Task and schedule management on outreach activities, marketing, and program initiatives</li><li>Assist in developing and formalizing operating procedures for the agency</li><li>Coordinate with other staff and services providers as needed on equipment and facility needs</li><li>Review/establish budget reports</li><li>Attend meetings and trainings as required</li><li>Other duties as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>Two years of Project Management experience</li><li>Three years Personnel Management/Supervision experience</li><li>Two years' experience reviewing/establishing program budgets and reports.</li><li>Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Project Management Software</li><li>Nonprofit experience</li><li>Grant writing and reporting</li><li>Experience with Rapid City community organizations and partnerships</li><li>Experience with construction industry</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>In your own words, how do you define poverty?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
