 HR Manager
 
 to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance, structure, and strong organizational support.
 
 
 🔹 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits in coordination with Finance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and internal governance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support department heads with workforce planning and organizational development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement HR systems and ensure accurate HR data and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen workplace culture.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 🔹 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 8&ndash;10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Kuwait Labor Law and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in policy development, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
 </li>
