With our upcoming move into the newly restored Parkville Train Depot, expanded retail space, river views, and Betty, our beloved 1961 flower truck, our brand is growing &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for the right floral designer to grow with us.About the RoleWe&rsquo;re searching for an experienced, creative Floral Designer who thrives in a boutique environment and loves designing in an airy, organic, modern garden style. You&rsquo;ll help shape the everyday aesthetic of the shop, design for daily deliveries, and contribute to special projects, events, and depot-launch excitement.Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Designing fresh, high-quality floral arrangements for daily orders, walk-ins, subscriptions, and events</li><li>Creating on-brand designs that reflect our signature White Farmhouse look</li><li>Processing flowers, maintaining cooler inventory, and ensuring quality</li><li>Assisting customers in our busy retail space (and occasionally at Betty the Flower Truck!)</li><li>Helping with depot-related merchandising, displays, and new layout ideas</li><li>Handling phone orders and working with our delivery team</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, inspiring workspace</li><li>Jumping in on seasonal set-ups, workshops, and community events</li></ul>You&rsquo;re a Great Fit If You Are:<ul><li>An experienced florist with 2+ years in a retail floral environment</li><li>Confident in modern, garden-inspired design styles</li><li>Comfortable working quickly, especially during holidays</li><li>Friendly, customer-focused, and able to create a welcoming experience</li><li>A team player who can adapt as we transition into our new historic location</li><li>Passionate about flowers, design, and creatively elevating our brand</li><li>Able to lift 25&ndash;30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in cooler temps</li></ul>What Makes White Farmhouse Flowers Special<ul><li>Our New Home: We&rsquo;re renovating the historic Parkville Train Depot &mdash; with bright natural light, a river view, a new deck, and brand-new design space</li><li>Our Flower Truck: Betty, our restored 1961 VW Transporter, brings flowers to markets, pop-ups, and the community</li><li>Our Brand: Clean, airy, farmhouse-modern design that customers recognize instantly</li><li>Our Team: Supportive, creative, and community-minded</li><li>Our Shop: A curated mix of floral, gifts, kids&rsquo; apparel, home d&eacute;cor, and seasonal favorites</li><li>Our Growth: This role comes with opportunities in events, workshops, depot launch celebrations, and brand-building projects</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
