Windsor Metal Finishing, a fast-growing architectural coatings company serving Florida and the Southeast, is seeking an Estimator / Account Manager to join our team. This role combines customer relationship management, technical estimating, and light project coordination for aluminum extrusion and fabricated metal finishing projects. We are looking for a polished, detail-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with customers, preparing accurate quotes, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from initial inquiry through final delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare accurate quotes for finishing projects using customer-provided drawings, specifications, and documents.</li><li>Read and interpret part drawings, die drawings, fabrication prints, and architectural specs.</li><li>Communicate with customers regarding project requirements, scheduling, color/finish details, and pickup/delivery coordination.</li><li>Enter and maintain customer, quote, and project details in the company ERP/CRM.</li><li>Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects stay on schedule.</li><li>Make periodic outbound sales calls and attend occasional site visits to develop customer relationships.</li><li>Travel overnight as required (limited and planned in advance).</li><li>Maintain professionalism with all customer interactions&mdash;phone, email, and in-person.</li><li>Operate a company or personal vehicle for customer visits; valid driver&rsquo;s license required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Associates or Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering documentation.</li><li>Strong phone presence, professionalism, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and follow-through.</li><li>Ability to work on-site Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to pass drug screening, employment verification, and reference checks.</li></ul>Preferred Experience (Not Required)<ul><li>Bilingual: English &amp; Spanish (professional conversational fluency).</li><li>Metal fabrication, aluminum extrusion, powder coating, or liquid coating industry experience.</li><li>Construction, fa&ccedil;ade, or architectural project management background.</li><li>Estimating experience in manufacturing, construction, or finishing operations.</li><li>Prior experience working directly with industrial B2B customers.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission model.</li><li>Company supplemented Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits.</li></ul>Work Environment: This role works primarily in an office/ manufacturing environment with periodic customer visits, field trips, and internal coordination with production and logistics staff.Legal &amp; Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Windsor Metal Finishing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
