Whether hand tool for carpentry, decorative finishes for interiors, or a complete woodworking production line, Woodzon connects woodworkers to unique buying experiences, at any price point, from more than 1,000 categories and 1,00,000 products.We work closely with few of the large enterprises in India like Featherlite, Brigade Group, Furlenco, Livspace, Featherlite, Wakefit etc. for their specific requirements on Plywood, Particle Board, Laminate, Edge Banding and Hardware.Role DescriptionTasks required:Handle day-to-day customer communications via calls, Whatsapp and email.Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their specific raw material needs and providing tailored supportWork closely with internal vendor team to coordinate and optimize B2B deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillmentProactively identify and resolve B2B client concerns, collaborating with teamCollaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements, offering customized solutions to enhance overall satisfaction and meet business objectivesUtilize existing customer data and analytics to assess B2B service performance, identify trends, and implement improvements in collaboration with the operations team.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportMaintain customer records in Zoho by updating account informationOther ad hoc tasks that would be assignedRequirements:Proven work experience in B2B Customer Support or interior firms or a related fieldWorking knowledge of Google Mail, Google Calendar and Google Meet is a mustExperience working with Zoho is a huge advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationshipsFamiliarity with woodworking products or any raw material trading processes is preferredExcellent investigative and inquiry resolution skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced B2B environmentExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsSelf-disciplined and organized; able to consistently produce quality work with limited supervisionAbility to work certain overtime hours, unexpected hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs changeAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.Location:Palm Heights, 22, 5th Cross Rd, Vijaya Bank Colony,, Banaswadi, Bengaluru, KarnatakaJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
