As a small but growing operation, we rely on team members who are dependable, take initiative, and operate well in a fast-paced environment.Position Overview:We&rsquo;re seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team. The role involves inventory control, order processing, quality checks, and light assembly work. There will be routine periods where you will be the only person on site, so reliability, punctuality, and self-management are essential.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee warehouse operations and workflow</li><li>Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct inventory counts and help with organization of stock.</li><li>Inspect and quality check incoming items.</li><li>Assemble parts into finished products, following provided instructions.</li><li>Accurately record inventory data in Katana (our inventory management system).</li><li>Communicate and proactively ask questions to clarify tasks or resolve issues.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work alone without direct supervision.</li><li>Consistent with time management and follow-through.</li><li>Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes</li><li>Comfortable working in a physical environment, including lifting and moving inventory (up to 30 lbs).</li><li>Must pass a background check (no criminal record given nature of the business).</li><li>Experience with Katana or similar inventory management systems is a plus but not required.</li><li>Experience with Shipstation is a plus but not required.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Schedule:<ul><li>$22-$28 per hour, depending on experience.</li><li>Five-day workweek with reasonable flexibility and accommodations where needed.</li></ul>Why Join XTech Tactical?<ul><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company.</li><li>Collaborative, small-business environment.</li><li>Hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re interested, please include a brief message explaining why you believe you&rsquo;re a good fit for the role.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Tempe, AZ 85283 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
