 Job Role :
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfilment accuracy, product availability, and smooth coordination with warehouses and delivery partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage last-mile delivery performance by tracking SLAs, reducing delays, handling escalations, and ensuring seamless customer delivery experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize supply chain workflows&mdash;inventory planning, inbound/outbound coordination, vendor follow-ups, and ensuring stock accuracy across channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise warehouse activities such as picking, packing, receiving, dispatching, cycle counts, and ensuring SOP compliance and operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer service operations including inquiries, complaints, return requests, and communication with delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications :
 
 
 
 
 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2-5 years of experience in last-mile delivery, e-commerce operations, logistics, or fulfillment roles.
 
 
 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of delivery management systems, e-commerce platforms, and order processing tools.
 
 
 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent coordination skills with drivers, warehouse teams, and customer service teams.
 
 
 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage peak periods, and handle time-sensitive operations.
 
 
 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong Excel skills for reporting and operational tracking.
