In 2018 he assumed the position of Director of Legal Affairs, Treaties and Contentious, with responsibilities of technical advice on matters of law, legislative production linked to the sector, depository mediator of the entire process of conclusion, approval, accession and ratification of all international treaties to which the Republic of Angola is a party, responsible for the technical negotiation of the Agreements and interlocutor of diplomatic and consular contentious. He has a university degree in Law, specializing in International Law and Conflict Resolution, completed in the former Democratic Republic of Germany, University of Leipzig, having completed all his primary and secondary education in Angola. In 2019 was promoted to Ambassador by public tender, opened by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he is promoted to the rank of Ambassador. In his  diplomatic career, among other functions, he was in service commission in the Federal Republic of Germany (2º Secretary responsible for the Legal and Consular Sector 1993-1998), Republic of Namibia (Minister Counselor 2004-2011) responsible for the Political Sector and finally in the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Angola to the United Nations as Minister Counselor, substitute of the Permanent Representative from 2011-2015.

In addition to developing my students’ ability to learn, I believe it is essential to model strategies that help students to link new material, processes, or problems to more familiar aspects of their lives so that the discipline-specific topic I am teaching becomes integrated into some existing knowledge base (assimilation). Since learning is a developmental process, so students must develop a capacity for self-direction, self-monitoring, and self-generation of ideas. Advanced learning requires students to construct a conceptual framework that allows them to integrate and organize new knowledge and information into a coherent structure.
