Find out the problems in the drawing and make ECR for solution. Preparing the project schedule and accordingly follow-up with Vendors. Coordination between vendors. Material Procurement follow-up as per the site requirement sequence/priority. Keeping and attending the daily/ weekly meeting with Vendors, reviewing the progress daily/weekly/monthly.
