Compile RFQ based on BOQ, Drawings and Specifications of tender project. Communication and negotiation with suppliers. Prepare the CAPEX & OPEX for waste bids (sorting, composting, and landfilling) Attend bid opening (Ministry of affairs, council for development and reconstruction ..etc) Projects: -KOSHI Waste Management Plant - Cyprus -Akkar, Baalbek and Jbeil Municipalities Solid Waste Treatment - Lebanon -Rehabilitation of Selected Road Links Funded by the World Bank - Lebanon -Um Al Kura University, Protection from Floods and Infrastructure Works - Saudi Arabia -UNDP Storm Water Networks, Irrigation Canals and Various Projects - Lebanon Civil & Procurement Engineer - Establish a landed cost model and evaluate quotations using this model, conduct price negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors based on the landed cost model and cost reduction target. -Responsible of all purchase orders and contracts, discussing the technical specifications of the material and compare it to project specifications. -Responsible of timely delivery of goods according to material requirement schedules of profuction planner. -Supervise and monitor installation of all purchased material as per project requirements, site inspection with consultants for approval. -Responsible of tendering for all kind of new projects.
