She later joined Panasonic Avionics 2003 where this was an entry point for her to move from Bahrain to UAE since it was a global company with Middle East office being in Dubai. Her biggest milestone was when she joined CBI where she started at a junior position and groomed herself to managerial level in the HR as an expertise leading the talent acquisition team for 10 years. She moved to Bahrain in 2016 and decided to do some freelancing subsequently since she has a great network of candidates and clients to work along with. Her passion and enthusiasm was helping get talent for the right job for clients and helping professionals with their next career opportunity. Being away from Bahrain for quite sometime in 2018 her desire was to gain knowledge in the Bahraini HR market therefore she decided to purse her career in HR services where she joined a local Bahraini family business ownership in the luxury watches and jewellery industry as a HR & Admin.
