As the Founder and Chairperson of the Young Mediators Forum, my key objective is to lead the Domestic ADR Revolution in Pakistan by involving students and making ADR a part of the educational curriculum. I am proud to say that one of my significant achievements has been to introduce ADR as a part of the curriculum in law colleges across Pakistan. When I looked around, I noticed that many organizations in Pakistan claim to work towards the ADR Revolution, but they only offer expensive ADR training programs that the average student cannot afford. I strongly believe that ADR should be a popular concept, accessible to all, and not just an elite few from privileged backgrounds. I have been working hard to make ADR accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford expensive training programs. I am convinced that we need to take ADR out of the 5-star hotels and fancy conferences and bring it down to the grassroots level. We need to educate the students of the community and empower them to resolve conflicts peacefully. Through my efforts, I have been able to bring ADR to the grassroots level, making it accessible to students and community members. By involving young people, we are creating a culture of peace and conflict resolution in Pakistan. I believe that students are the future of ADR establishment, and by empowering them, we can bring about real change in Pakistan.
