It was a humbling experience listening to their stories of humble beginnings and struggles. We always envy the celebrity status of cricketers, but surprisingly few started their careers to fill their bellies with food when none was available at home. I learned to never give up from the experiences of Women Cricketers who had to maneuver around male-dominated sports and emerge as pioneers. I was motivated by listening to their trials and tribulations, navigating around a competitive sport, and becoming the legends in their field. I never thought I would end up working with amazing people of different nationalities around the world. During my career, I have successfully led and been an integral part of several projects ranging from mining to emerging edtech in sports. I share the success of the same with my efficient colleagues.
