I took over the charge of District Sargodha with 80 Million annual turnover and CAGR of Sargodha was 30% & closing of 2010 was 400 million with highest bottom line contribution share in retail network. Showed highest value turnover too as well as added 10 successful NS in network. In 2010, got promotion as Operations Head Retail North Region. I was leading a team of 6 District Managers and a large retail sales force of about 800 +. Other responsibilities include managing and delivering the targets setting for the retail operations both of same/organic growth of existing network & as well as network expansion. Applied 4S, 4A & 5W models successfully to built up a winning team. Acquired & added 25 successful new stores in network of North Region @ NS benchmarks with optimal performance too. In 2013, was relocated to Faisalabad to takeover charge of newly created region with new demarcations as Operations Head Retail Center Southwest. In 2015. I joined Xarasoft Pvt. Limited as business Head Retail & successfully set up & launched their retail network. Opened three Retail stores quite successfully. In 2018, I became part Clive Shoes as Head of Sales & Marketing. Lot of transformations were took place during the period with an anticipated due support of cross functions to attain the desired level of congenial structural formulations. In 2020, I entered in Heels Shoes & lot of work is accomplished but yet it is long way to go! Alhamdullillah, we have ensured the basic major linear functional treatment in retail network. Acquired and added 8 new outlets in network quite successfully. Alhamdullillah, Heels Shoes is a fast growing retail network at recent times with lot of heightened improvements with blatant positive intentions to catch up the desired set of corporate goals to become a leading brand in retail industry in Pakistan.
