I, as educationist am of the conviction that giving roots of values is significant so that our students remain firmly rooted to the ground. We give them wings of ambition, so that they can soar like falcons to touch the skies and endeavour to make them global citizens who can look beyond geographical boundaries and promote a culture of peace and universal brotherhood. Children acquire skills and knowledge easily if we can make the surroundings stimulating and purposeful. The philosophy of education, has always been meeting the needs of the individual child. I have to my credit, rich experience of over 30 years, from kindergarten to under graduate level as a teacher and administrator. I am a trained Kathak (Indian classical dance) instructor ,international career coach and teacher trainer and have undergone Instructional Leader Course in Innovation Teaching from I Discover I. I have been specially trained in Pre-Primary and Primary education. My international experience includes several cultural exchange programs, conferences and workshops.

As an Industrial Designer turned UX Designer, I specialize in crafting user-centered digital products. My journey from industrial to digital design reflects my passion for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly products.

I like to be challenged to stretch and grow, to integrate skills in to an identity that will always want to know more and become better. In my professional journey, I've come to recognize the immense value of honing my interpersonal communication skills. They serve as the bedrock of successful collaborations, helping me build trust and nurture meaningful relationships. Actively listening and responding with empathy has allowed me to connect authentically and handle conflicts with finesse. I firmly believe that mastering these skills has been pivotal for my career growth and networking prowess. a well-structured curriculum is essential for effective learning. It serves as a roadmap for educators and learners, ensuring a clear and comprehensive educational experience. A thoughtfully designed curriculum incorporates diverse teaching methods, assessments, and learning resources, catering to various learning styles. Ultimately, a strong curriculum is the foundation for delivering quality education and fostering student success. In my role in teacher training, I've come to understand the significance of comprehensive and tailored programs. They empower educators with the necessary skills, knowledge, and strategies to excel in the classroom. Effective teacher training should be interactive, learner-centered, and continuously updated to align with evolving educational practices. Through the dynamics of action research teacher's, like myself, are able to gain better insights in the profession.

Currently Doing MY Degree (Year 1) in Business Management alongside a pathway in Accounts Through my internships, I have gained experience in Marketing, Promtion, Business Development. I enjoy social media marketing and online communication, and always aim to create powerful content that drives engagement and conversions. I am well versed with social media management and various editing software like Canva, photoshop, InDesign, premiere, after effects Picsart, CapCut, Alight Motion and Motionleap.

A positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. If I can have a positive impact on their future, I feel I am doing my job well. With nine years of teaching experience in Dubai, UAE, I have become an expert at commanding students' attention and managing the classroom very well. I am well versed in dealing with diverge range of learners and skilled to meet their learning needs. Not only this I am a passionate and dedicated educator who is friendly, enthusiastic and respectful.
