When my 2nd child turned 3, I joined International School of Creative Science as Teaching Assistant (EYFS) and was soon promoted as a Head of Teaching Assistants (phase-6)/Phonics Teacher for Kindergarten. Working with Kindergarten students inspired me to gain more knowledge about their well-being and development, so I joined Hifliers Institute to seek guidance from Ms Lynn Lohan and complete my NCFE Cache Level 3. Pandemic and unforeseen crisis led to my career growth as Homeroom Teacher- KG2 in The First Academy School (2020-2021). Having worked a year and quarter, I was promoted as an Elementary Teacher (2021-2022) with new challenges that enabled me to explore more horizons of educations and expand my knowledge. Following year I was promoted as Team-Lead for Grade-1 (2022-2023) and currently am HOD (Grades 1&2) for all English language subjects. My passion for learning/teaching motivates me to remain in a never-ending loop of studying-learning-teaching which will keep my spirits high and my passion alive forever. K-2 children are the most creative group to experience education with. It gives me an opportunity to learn and reflect on my practices and explore new strategies to facilitate their learning, learning/scaffolding/pedagogy of my teachers and my learning/facilitating strategies.
