In 2016, I graduated in Electrical (Telecom) Engineering from Lancaster University, UK. --My initial working experience is in optical networks infrastructure based on fiber optic operations. --I have also worked as a network security engineer, focusing mainly on configuration and servicing of the devices of IP surveillance systems. --Recently, I’ve been working as Network Engineer, and I possess hands-on skills to troubleshoot L1-L3 network related issues, including but not limited to resolving tickets, configuration of switches and routers and in datacenter operations. --My professional certifications include CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CCNA (R&S) and Palo Alto PCNSE. --These days, I’m learning Splunk SIEM and more about cybersecurity in the pursuit of excellence.

As a network engineer at solutions by stc, I design, implement, and maintain enterprise networks for various clients, using my expertise in wireless networking, help desk support, and network engineering. I have successfully completed multiple projects, such as deploying a wireless network for a large hospital, troubleshooting network issues for a government agency, and optimizing network performance for a retail chain. I obtained my bachelor of engineering degree in computer network and systems support from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in 2022, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of network technologies, protocols, and standards. I also earned three Cisco certifications: CCNA, Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core, and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation, which demonstrate my proficiency and skills in network engineering.
