Prepare and follow-up Snag List. • Review and approve operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings. • Carry-out administration and human resource procedure for site supervision staff. • Ensure that conformance to conditions specifications of contract in site • Ensure that quality of work (QA&QC) in accordance with regulations. • Follow-up cost of project (cost control) to be within budget monitor variation orders to be minimum as possible. • Follow up Time Schedule including Manpower, Resources, etc. & cash flow. • Follow-up safety and health requirements on sites. • Reports & Periodic meetings • Able to work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives as well as good Knowledge of preparing budget, cash flow and cost control. • Able to lead and manage project managers from Head Office. • Able to communicate technically and manage project team during project delivery and handing it over - both remote and on project sites, and providing full management and construction support to all Manager's ongoing projects. • Highly organized individual required to collate documents, issues and concerns relating to project matters for internal /external meetings, reviews etc. Ensure that action items are completed. • Able to manage bids/projects to schedule and provide early warning of schedule delays, Sustainability.
