● Responsible for the procurement of Aircraft parts from various OEM’s/ Suppliers etc. ● Developes and maintains effective working relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure the smooth workflow ● Initiate contact with supplier/vendors to cater for company needs. ● Source and purchase machinery, equipment, tools, raw materials, packaging materials, parts, services and/or supplies necessary to engineering/maintenance team. ● Evaluate every vendor before register as approved vendor for company as per MOE. ● Compile and evaluate/analyze statitistic data to help determine prospects of buying products and to help establish price objective ● Conduction research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality. ● Evaluate quotations, negotiate prices recommend suppliers, follow up orders placed, verify deliveries and maintain neccessary documentation to meet required deadlines. ● Constructed and maintain Aviation Standard for Consumable, GSE, Spares and Tools Store as per requirement of Bahrain Civil Aviation Authoriy (BCAA) ANTR 145. ● To make sure all Aircraft parts with complete documents (ARC, EASA Form 1, C of C & ETC) in proper packaging, locations with accuracy quantity on airworthy condition. ● Monitoring shelf life item as per CMM, Manuals and related reference and source. ● Monitoring and perform all scrapped item and start all the proper procedure reference to MOE. ● Preparing items/part requisition from line maintenance. ● Conduct a safety procedure for bulk items. ● Ensuring items/parts in proper before locating to the shelves. ● Perform and preparing for issue requisition. ● Receive items/parts from store/applicability and ensure quality and quantity is correct. ● Conduct physical inventories and adjust stock, processes documentation for stock item, issue consumable and non-consumable item & provide proper storage. ● Monitoring temperature log, first aid kit and fire extinguisher for each store/applicability ● Review inventories and order as required Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity. ● Interact with third party logistics service providers. ● Coordinates deliveries for repaired and returned items. ● Handling all tools/special tools as per their manual/guideline for calibration and perform a functional test with technician in order all in good condition ● Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and routinely inspecting calibration equipments/tools to ensure it operates correctly. ● Manual handling of goods. ● Conducting and observing GSE equipment maintenance checklist
