In preparation for this role, and in addition to the many years of experiences in management and HR, I successfully completed a short international assignment (6 months) in the head quarter of Shell in the Netherlands. This assignment provided me with a valuable networking opportunity as well as deepened my experiences in the talent space which benefited me a lot in my role. From 2009 until 2012, I was responsible for the developing and implementing the Quaternization agenda in the company. During my role, I did a rotational job (which was an HR account manager role) for about 6 months (Aug. 2010 - Feb. 2011) where I was the HR partner and responsible for 5 departments as well as a Short Term International Assignment in the Netherlands. My expertise is in the following fields: nationalization programs, training and development, career planning, and scholarships. Between 2006 – 2009, I was the department chair of the training and scholarships department as well as the head of the language center in the Ministry of interior. My academic record includes: 2 Bachelor Degrees, 2 Master Degrees, and a Ph.D. The other jobs I did before moving the ministry of interior include teaching and educational consulting.
