Takmeel Square is the first large-scale commercial development in DHA Bahawalpur , covering 14 acres of premium real estate. The project introduces 4-marla commercial units , setting new standards for design, efficiency, and investment value. Built on precision and innovation, Takmeel Square represents the future of South Punjab’s commercial and construction excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to supervise all on-site activities of our flagship commercial development in Bahawalpur .

This full-time, on-site position involves direct management of construction operations, site coordination, contractor oversight, and quality assurance. The Construction Manager will ensure that all works progress according to schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain quality and safety.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and vendors for timely material and resource delivery.
• Review drawings, schedules, and cost estimates to align with project objectives.
• Monitor progress reports, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with DHA and local building codes.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in ensuring adherence to design, timeline, and budget requirements.

• 6–8 years of professional experience in commercial or high-rise construction projects.
• Proven success in site supervision, project execution, and team coordination.
• Hands-on experience with material management, vendor control, and safety compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management , or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in construction supervision or safety are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Project , AutoCAD , and standard site-management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Work on the first signature commercial landmark in DHA Bahawalpur.
