تعلن CARENR عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس متخصص في دراسة المناقصات وإعداد العروض الفنية والمالية في مجال الصيانة والنظافة والتشغيل.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• دراسة كراسات الشروط والمواصفات وتحليل متطلبات المناقصات.
• إعداد العروض الفنية والمالية وفقًا لمتطلبات الجهات المعلنة.
• التسعير الدقيق للعطاءات بناءً على تحليل التكلفة والعقود السابقة.
• إعداد ومراجعة الجداول الزمنية لتنفيذ المشاريع.
• التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والمحاسبية لضمان تقديم عروض تنافسية.
• المتابعة والتواصل مع الجهات المعلنة للمناقصات لضمان الامتثال للشروط.
• تحليل السوق ودراسة المنافسين لتقديم عروض تنافسية.
• متابعة عمليات الترسية والتفاوض مع الجهات المعنية.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة (المدنية، الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، الصناعية، أو أي تخصص ذو صلة).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دراسة المناقصات والتسعير في قطاع الصيانة والتشغيل والنظافة.
• معرفة جيدة بـ كود المنافسات والمشتريات الحكومية.
• إجادة استخدام برامج الأوفيس وخصوصًا Excel وMS Project لتحليل الأسعار وإعداد الجداول المالية والفنية.
• خبرة في تحليل التكاليف ووضع استراتيجيات تسعير تنافسية.
• الإلمام بأنظمة العقود والمناقصات الحكومية والممارسات المحلية والدولية.
• مهارات تحليلية عالية وقدرة على إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
• الأولوية للسعوديين – الوظيفة متاحة للجنسين.

Job Announcement – Tender Study Engineer

CARENR is offering a job opportunity for an engineer specialized in studying tenders and preparing technical and financial proposals in the fields of maintenance, cleaning, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing tender documents and specifications, analyzing tender requirements.
• Preparing technical and financial proposals according to the issuing authorities’ requirements.
• Accurate bid pricing based on cost analysis and previous contracts.
• Developing and reviewing project execution timelines.
• Coordinating with technical and accounting teams to ensure competitive proposals.
• Following up and communicating with tendering authorities to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Conducting market analysis and studying competitors to present competitive bids.
• Monitoring the awarding process and negotiating with relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender studies and pricing within the maintenance, operation, and cleaning sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Project, for price analysis and preparing financial and technical schedules.
• Experience in cost analysis and developing competitive pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with contract and government tendering systems, as well as local and international practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare reports and presentations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Priority for Saudi nationals – Open to both men and women.
