Job Overview:

At Aalam Bibi, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LMS Operations Manager tomanage daily operations for the learning management system (LMS). This role includes overseeing platform administration, training, coordination, issue resolution, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in IT and/or academic administration, coupled with a passion for delivering seamless and effective learning experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

· Provide training, support, and guidance to LMS users, including administrators, instructors, and learners.

· Monitor system usage, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the IT team or vendors for resolution.

· Develop and deliver communication plans, user guides, and process documentation.

· Generate and analyze reports on LMS performance, user engagement, and course completion metrics.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support learning initiatives and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

· Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.

· Proven experience in customer support, LMS administration, or a similar operations-focused role is a plus.

· Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Familiarity with data analysis and report generation for monitoring performance and user engagement is a plus.

· Background in IT, education, or academic administration is a plus.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

· Additional education or relevant certifications in IT, education technology, or project management is a plus.
