Position: Social Media Executive – Exposure & Performance Marketing

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management.

Role Overview:

This role focuses on managing the brand’s digital presence, driving reach and visibility, running ad campaigns, and monitoring overall platform performance. The candidate will lead exposure marketing, paid ads, and social media management to scale the brand’s digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage daily operations of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.

● Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) focused on reach, traffic, and lead generation.

● Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement.

● Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, CPC, ROI).

● Optimize campaigns based on insights and ensure cost-effective results.

● Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Skills Needed:

● Strong knowledge of the Meta business suite.

● Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

● Ability to manage social media pages & maintain brand consistency.
