Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance & Integration Consultant to lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide data management, governance, and integration strategies. The role will focus on defining integration architecture for Oracle Fusion with third-party SaaS and existing platforms, establishing a data governance framework, and aligning data architecture with Azure cloud analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture and provide consultation to integrate Oracle Fusion with best-of-breed SaaS systems and existing investment platforms (e.g. GulfHR, Dynamo, CITCO).
• Draft data migration strategy and master data management plan.
• Align data architecture with Azure cloud analytics platform.
• Develop and implement a data governance model and master data framework.
• Design a future-ready data architecture integrated with Microsoft Azure.

Role Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of proven experience in data governance, integration architecture, and analytics platforms.
• Strong experience integrating ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion) with third-party SaaS and legacy systems.
• Define a future state data architecture model for Client Support Functions. Create Transition Roadmap detailing Target State Operating Model, transition approach and plan.
• Support Transformation Strategy and operating model design.
