Key Responsibilities: Technology Procurement: Expertise in procuring hardware, software, SaaS, and services. Spend Area Knowledge: Familiarity with HR, recruitment, professional services, marketing, and training & development spend areas is a plus. US Market Insight: Knowledge of the US geography market is advantageous, and this role will work across multiple geographies. Procurement Operations: Experience in administrative procurement and purchasing operations. Spend Analytics & Cost Optimization: Demonstrated ability to analyze spend data and implement cost-saving strategies. Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers, ensuring maximum value and minimal risk to EXL. Familiarity with contracts and rate agreements is essential. Vendor Management: Ongoing vendor development and management. Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration within and across organizational boundaries. Requirement Coordination: Align with various departments to understand and meet their procurement needs. Savings Monitoring: Actively monitor and evaluate savings opportunities, providing analysis and communicating findings to relevant teams. ERP Proficiency: Experience working in an ERP environment, with a preference for Oracle. Compliance: Ensure adherence to EXL policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in technology procurement. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
