2D Animation Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated 2D Animation Intern to join our design/creative team. As a 2D animation intern, you will assist in creating engaging and visually appealing animations for videos, social media, product explainers, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating 2D animations for various digital platforms
• Work closely with illustrators and scriptwriters to bring ideas to life
• Support storyboard development and animatic creation
• Edit and refine animations based on team feedback
• Maintain consistency in style, quality, and branding
• Stay updated with trends in animation, motion graphics, and design
• Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of 2D animation principles
• Familiarity with animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Animate, Toon Boom, etc.)
• Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic Skills in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro)
• Creativity and strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take direction and feedback constructively
• A portfolio or samples of past animation work (if available)

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with character animation
• Basic sound editing knowledge
