3-5 yrs Experience Air Import Pricing + CS + Ops

Prior experience in pricing for air freight in a freight forwarding or logistics company is essential. (3-5 years experience)

Also, looking for candidates who have experience having CHA (Customs House Agent) experience and import/export operations.

Key responsibilities of

Air Import Pricing

• Obtain and maintain freight rate sheets from airlines and co-loaders.
• Provide timely and competitive price quotes to the sales team and directly to customers.
• Negotiate best rates with overseas partners and carriers to secure favorable pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary updates and pricing information.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and finance, to ensure accurate billing and revenue reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, pricing, and customer communications.
• Supported sales in securing higher nomination conversions through strategic pricing and timely repsonses

Operations & Customer Support

• Bookings, scheduling, tracking cargo from origin to destination (air, sea, land).
• Prepare, process, and review shipping documents (B/L, customs declarations, invoices).
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, customs, and carriers; negotiate rates.
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs clearance.
• Liaise with CHA, shipping agents, and clients to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Handle documentation for imports/exports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding shipment status and clearance timelines.
• Resolve customer queries and issues related to customs clearance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
