Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality 2D and 3D graphics and animations for videos, games, branding, and marketing.

• Create 3D character animations, including rigging and skinning.

• Develop realistic models and textures for characters, environments, and props.

• Handle motion capture data and retargeting using tools like Maya and Blender.

• Collaborate with creative directors, scriptwriters, and developers to deliver visually stunning content.

• Optimize animations for performance without compromising visual quality.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in animation and design tools.

Required Skills & Software Expertise:

• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Animation & VFX: After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro •

3D Tools: Autodesk Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine

• 3D Animation: Character Animation, Rigging, Skinning, Mocap Retargeting.

• Texturing & Rendering: Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag

• Scripting & Plugins: Maya Plugins and Custom Scripting

• Modeling: Hard-surface and organic modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio)

• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in animation or multimedia design.

• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating your 3D animation and graphic design skills is mandatory.
