3D DESIGNER
Location: Denver
If you're excited about pushing boundaries, building experiences people can walk through and feel—and exploring how AI tools can amplify craft and unlock new creative possibilities—this is the place to do it.
- Collaborate with creative leads and account teams to concept and create 3D work across multiple brands and project types.
- Designing and building experiences from the ground up, product renders, environments, motion pieces, and campaign visuals.
- Work within a highly collaborative creative team—while also taking full ownership of deliverables when needed.
- Jump into whatever the work demands with an "all-in" mindset to produce exceptional outcomes.
- Push yourself and the team to raise the bar on every project—technically, creatively, and conceptually.
- Bring your evolving Design and 3D skills set to a wide range of digital, experiential, and traditional projects.
- Stay on the bleeding edge of 3D, design, experiential innovation, and emerging tools—including the growing role of AI in concepting and production.
- 3+ years of 3D design experience (advertising agency experience is a plus).
- Strong generalist skills with the ability to take a project from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Octane Render and Unreal Engine (a plus).
- Modeling, texturing, lighting, and a good notion of UV mapping abilities.
- Animation skills are a plus.
- An online portfolio (website only—no PDFs or Word docs) showcasing a variety of 3D styles and applications.
- Solid understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator, plus curiosity for emerging design technologies and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting work internally and externally.
- A passion for collaboration with developers, designers, strategists, and account teams.
- Comfort contributing ideas and participating in brainstorms (not required, but absolutely welcome).
- Positive energy, openness to experimentation, and a love for building things that haven't been done before.
- A perfectionist in the details, but also a design thinker who can zoom out to the big picture.
- A boundary-pusher who enjoys shifting perspectives, trying new tools, and exploring unconventional solutions.
- A creative technologist at heart—excited about how AI can enhance ideation, speed, iteration, and craft.
- A maker eager to help build a young 3D department into a powerhouse for the future.
- Someone who wants to create work people talk about, remember, engage with, and physically step into.

The starting salary for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, based on experience.
