Job Position: 3D Visualizer
Location : Jaipur
Experience : 3 to 5 years

Key Roles & Responsibilities

⦁Develop high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations for real estate projects. ⦁Produce photorealistic images and virtual tours for interiors, exteriors, amenities, landscape, and master plans.
⦁Work closely with architects and design teams to understand drawings, layouts, and project concepts.
⦁Create detailed 3D models from architectural plans, CAD files, sketches, and references.
⦁Coordinate with marketing to visualize project brochures, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
⦁Ensure timely delivery of visuals as per project deadlines.
⦁Maintain a library of material textures, lighting references, and rendering standards.
⦁Research and implement latest visualization techniques, styles, and software upgrades.

Preferred Candidate Profile

⦁Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
⦁Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, camera setup, and scene composition
⦁Experience in architectural visualization and real estate project rendering.
⦁Strong artistic & design sensibility with attention to detail.
⦁Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
⦁Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Multimedia / Animation / Fine Artsor equivalent certification in 3D modeling & visualization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
