Job Description

1. Ability to understand Architectural CAD Drawings.

2. Capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with architects and third parties when required.

3. Provide efficient modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.

4. Work on Architectural 3D Modelling, Unwrapping, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation, Rendering on Visuals and Walk-through projects.

5. Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and Animation using V-Ray/Corona Renderer/3D Max.

6. Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings.

7. Well knowledge and brilliant eye for detail in post-Production to enhancing visuals/walk-through using Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Nuke and other plug-in & special effects software.

8. To create 3d walk-through & fly-through animation.

9. Stay updated with latest software used in the visualization field including.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

1. Visualization or Architectural qualifications or equivalent Technical Diploma from an accredited institute

2. Total Experience – 3-4 years in producing high quality architectural / interior still images and animations.

3. Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
