Business/Strategy Consultant

• Min 1 year of experience post graduation in similar domain
• Analyze the organization’s current processes, identify issues and areas for improvement and conduct market research to find solutions
• Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth.
• Overseeing the implementation of updated business strategies and Reviewing and analyzing the efficacy of revised business strategies.
• Extract business requirements through demonstrations, industry and other document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business processes, scenario development, business analysis, and tasks and workflow analysis.
• Analyze data received from various sources critically, resolve disagreements, break down high-level data into specifics, abstract up from low-level data to a broad understanding, and separate demands from underlying genuine needs.
• Independently define concepts and needs with important stakeholders while following the project manager's guidance.
• Proactively interact with different departments to understand their functional demands and information needs. Define commercial strategies in the sales & marketing domain and draft pricing, customer channel and product market combination strategies.
• Contribute to human capital strategies, drafting operating models and tying those with higher-level business objectives.
