Job Description
We are looking for Sr. Payroll Coordinator for our client.
Being Located within a 3 hour window of GST timezone is mandatory for this role
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be performing the following:
- Prepare payroll simulations for customers (worldwide)
- Make sure quotations are legally and financially compliant to local legislation
- Work hand in hand with local payroll partners, EORs
- Perform market research & identify the best local payroll partners
- Manage and calculate taxes and deductions for EOR employee
- Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
- Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll and assist sales/CS teams in that regard
- Contribute to the launch of operations in new countries
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience as payroll specialist, coordinator ideally in a payroll specialized entity
- Familiarity with general accounting principles
- Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations in EMEA, APAC and US or at least be determined to acquire this type of knowledge in a timely fashion manner
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in accounting/business administration is a big plus
- Fluent English with command of at least one other European major language (French, German, Spanish)
