Business Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for cross-functional data driven decision-making
• Interpret and analyze data for actionable insights and data-driven decision making
• Create and automate reports for relevant stakeholders of the organization
• Assess trends and patterns in the information.
• Impact driven process optimization leveraging the power of data.
• Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage a BI tool for business operations (i.e dashboards, visualizations etc.)
• Step into the field of data science through feature engineering, building and optimizing classifiers, natural language processing, cloud computing, photo OCR etc.

Who we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field
• 3 to 4 years of relevant post-education work experience in analytics, business intelligence, market research or related field
• Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports
• Experience using advanced SQL and databases in a business environment with large-scale, big data, complex datasets
• Preferred experience in python, R, data visualization tools and automation
