We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry's financial landscape and possess exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and a strong business acumen. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the management team, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support the company's long-term financial strategy
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Provide financial analysis and support to the management team to drive informed decision-making
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Monitor and report on the company's financial performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships
• Provide support for mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other strategic initiatives
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools
