Duties & Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to acquire, retain & expand relationships with customers by identifying customer needs first and then recommending appropriate solutions for the customer to consider & accept
  • Grow sustainable revenues from existing relationships and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers
  • Optimize the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products and services appropriate to meet customer need and to improve customer engagement
  • Ensure fairness in all aspects of company strategy, sales processes, customer correspondence, financial promotions, administration and complaint handling
  • Provide weekly/ periodic reports to Regional Corporate Manager as and when required

ESSENTIALS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering/ IT/ Business
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing commercial relationship
  • Knowledge of IT Products/ Services & Solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)
  • Effective presentation, implementation and follow-up skills
  • Must have transferable residence
