<li>Experience in software sales process for ERP,CRM &amp; HRMS</li>
<li>Must be able to identify decision makers initiate and close deals and follow through on a consultative sales approach</li>
<li>Enthusiastic and a 'can do' attitude a must along with the flexibility to spend extra time in office if required</li>
<li>Exposure to the ERP stack of Software Product/Applications -marketing and sales will be an added advantage</li>
<li>Must be able to work under pressure and generate results</li>
