Aircraft Maintenance Engineers - Heavy Check Operations 
 

Work Location: Canada

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with our Maintenance, Avionics, and Structures teams to join our growing crew of aviation professionals dedicated to high quality heavy maintenance operations.

 

PAL Group is offering the successful candidates the opportunity to gain permanent residence (PR) in Canada under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MLPNP).

 

Our Operations:

 

Heavy Checks: Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) on company and customer aircraft.

Our operations are a fast-paced, dynamic operation including a variety of scheduled heavy maintenance.
 

Shifts: Day and afternoon shifts, with some weekends. Overnights are not normally required for this operation. 

 

Our Main Base for our Maintenance, Avionics, and Structures Team:
 

  • Winnipeg, Manitoba
     

Qualifications and Skills:
 

  • Required: Must have completed an approved Aircraft Maintenance Course or have equivalent;
    • Preferred: AME Licence with B1 or B2
  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience in heavy maintenance operations would be considered an asset;
  • Experience on the following aircraft is preferred:
    • Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400
    • ATR-42 or ATR-72
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Troubleshooting skills;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills; and
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations.
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
