Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Guest Relation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and activities
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience
• Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or suggestions
• Plan and organize special events and activities for guests
• Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are responded to promptly and accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take necessary steps to improve service quality
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
