They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the real estate department including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence
• Maintain and update real estate listings on various platforms such as websites and social media
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and property brochures
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, and follow up with potential buyers or tenants
• Process lease and purchase agreements, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
• Keep track of property maintenance requests and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate and organized files and records for all properties
• Assist with rent collection and accounts receivable management
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role
• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
• Strong knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate databases and software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
