Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the company's B2B customer base and increase revenue.

• Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with potential B2B clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for B2B products and services.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

• Train and mentor the B2B sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
